Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery at braylinbyrdtf@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship anything back.

Because our bands are hygiene/fitness items, we don't accept returns of used bands for change-of-mind. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
